2019
The new year is upon us. The holiday time warp is now over. We have to buckle down, get back to some normal schedules, revisit our nutrition and how we want our new year to look on us. It’s a very big year for me. I have had a lot of transition over the past few years but hat I do THIS year most likely sets the tone for the rest of my career.
It is that time...
It is that time again. We are currently in that 6 week period from Thanksgiving to New Years day when all bets are off. People travel, your nutrition suffers (so does mine), your workouts diminish, and any routine or schedule you had for your life goes right out the front door when you open it up to grab that amazon package.
Things happen for a reason...right?
Against my wife’s wishes, that tire now resides in our back yard. I am totally stoked about it! I’m not sure she knows what it represents to me. I mean, yes, I love all the ways I can torture a human with it. I love to flip it, jump on it, slam it with a sledge hammer, and sit on it while you all pick it up! I love how creative it makes me feel. But it means a bit more to me than that.
