Well, here we are again!

This week is just a check in with our BrewFit Social schedule and some schedule adjustments! If you are not currently a member of our Inclusive Sweat Community, please check out our Group Fitness Schedule.

Remember, knowledge is power when trying to reach your fitness goals. So get educated on all aspects of fitness and a healthy lifestyle OR train for a specific sport or event with Christine in personal training. You can email or text me directly for those options.

Here are some dates to be aware of:

  • We are closed for Memorial day, the 3rd and 4th of July and Labor Day.

  • June 13th-16th- The trainer is traveling. The class schedule will be adjusted slightly but you will have classes as per normal with workouts and access to the studio. Personal training sessions will be scheduled for alternative times.

  • September 21-26th-More travel. Again, the class schedule will be adjusted slightly but you will have classes with workouts and access to the studio. Personal Training sessions will be scheduled for alterative times.


BREWFIT SOCIALS: We may be closed on Memorial day but lucky for you we have BrewFit Social at 612Brew this Saturday starting at 11:30AM so come and join the fun! We promise a good workout, snacks and an excellent adult beverage!
