ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM into winter!
Sadly, patio season is over but ZOOM AX is BACK! You can now join our classes via ZOOM. When you sign up, you send payment via Venmo and you will be sent a link to join class that day. It is that simple. You can also request in person OR ZOOM personal training sessions, private groups or buddy training via email. There are more days/times available upon request. Keep in mind, that the holiday months are a little wonky and our schedule will probably not be consistent until the first of the year.
What will you need to participate via ZOOM? We will be doing a combination of different workouts. We primarily use dumbbells, med balls, small bands and sometimes kettlebells. A person can modify any of the workouts if they have dumbbells. I suggest that you have at least two sets, one medium to heavy weight and one lighter weight. I would say 12- 25lb for the heavier ones depending on your fitness level. Obviously, that could be less, if you are just starting out. We primarily use HIIT or Tabata style classes, so you will repeat exercises. However, there will be days that we use ONLY bodyweight exercises and you will need nothing at all. We will continue to have Burpees & Beer classes with participating breweries and the schedule is subject to change, to add in those classes whenever possible. You should get in on those when we have them, they are great fun and and even better workout!
It has been an outstanding summer of breweries and backyard fitness! We look forward to growing our community in the coming months and making some website changes and other updates. Remember, you are the only one that can take care of you so JUST KEEP MOVING!
