AX Training feels good!

As you can probably tell, Scout was pretty happy Friday night with four members of our AX Community tossing her toy. I heard one person say, "This feels like AX." No matter where we hang that sign, the heart of the AX community will continue to beat. We are all looking forward to spring and summer for outside group training. We are looking for tires again so if anyone is looking to get rid of any (without the rims) give me a shout.

We would love to see a few more of you on Tuesday and Friday nights. I have availability Monday and Thursday morning as well. Once the weather gets consistent there will be a weekend option at least every other weekend with a drop in rate. If you would like a weekly or monthly workout program please email me and include your goals and current fitness level.
