Virtual Personal Training

Hello Community!

Todays post is about Virtual Personal Training. Maybe you need accountability but just can’t get yourself out the door to the gym or to class. Maybe you are short on time and need to get a workout in but can’t think of what to do. Maybe you want to learn how to strength train but you are nervous about being in a gym full of people. There are many reasons why Virtual Training could be a great option for you. The great news for you is that Virtual Training can be flexible and done with minimal equipment! Virtual Training is also less expensive than in person training. If you are a more experienced fitness person with access to a bit more equipment, we can build a program that helps you get to the next level. If you travel a lot and need the accountability of a trainer, I am really only a Google Meet away. If you are a beginner or injured and just need to get moving, I’ve got you covered!

Currently, I am offering 30 Minute Virtual training sessions. These sessions can be used for traditional workouts, planning home workouts and nutritional guidance. Please send me an email or text with any questions that you have about this exciting new way to train with me virtually anywhere!

I hope to hear from you soon!

Quote of the week:

“Let go of who you think you should be in order to be who you are. Be imperfect and have compassion for yourself. Connection is the result of authenticity.”
