Buddy Training

Get all the benefits of personal training at half the price! An accountability partner will help you stay on track, give you someone to talk to about your fitness journey and keep you motivated. Get a customized plan that focuses on your individual fitness, health and wellness goals. Create balance, reach goals and enjoy spending time with your favorite workout partner!

Group Fitness

Our small group classes offer a total body workout that increases functional strength, cardio capacity, muscular endurance, and
metabolic rate. Our training utilizes MAX interval training by creatively implementing a variety of body weight, HIIT and Tabata style platforms. Workouts change each week so that your body doesn't plateau and you continue to see and feel results. Classes are small enough to receive personalized attention, with the added bonus of a motivating community. Classes are either held outdoors, (when possible!), indoors or virtual fun.

Brewfit Social

A gratifying workout for all ages and fitness levels with our inclusive sweat community! A fun social experience where you get to reward yourself with a delicious beverage or two after getting your workout on!

Virtual Personal Training

Similar to in person train, Virtual PT is a way to get a customized plan that focuses on your individual fitness, health and wellness goals but in the comfort of your own home. Create balance, reach goals and enjoy one-on-one training sessions.

MEET THE TRAINER

My name is Christine and I’m here to help you get in the best shape of your life. I have been an athlete most of my life, most notably a competitive runner. I have participated in a number of sports as well as coached, managed and been an officiant. My passion for fitness and healthy lifestyles has come naturally to me. I know that is not the case for many folks and that detail has not been missed on me.

Approximately 16 years ago, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. After endless hours of research and speaking to professionals, I decided that I would not take medication for MS and that I would approach it from a holistic standpoint. I began to run again and I pursued my personal training certification.

I became a certified personal trainer and AX Kicker to offer the gift of change through fitness, wellness and community. I believe in functional and sustainable fitness and hold a traditional, athletic, grassroots approach to training. I believe that fitness is a lifestyle and looks different on everyone. Fitness should be accessible to everyone in a safe and inclusive environment.

When people sweat together, they accomplish goals together and become a community.

LOCATION

This studio is located in the garage behind Christine's residence. The main entrance is from the alley entrance off of 44th street. Look for the sign by the alley, we are the second garage on the right. You can park your vehicle and walk to the studio. There is plenty of free street parking!
